This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Harry,

First know that the only real Dr. in who you have mentioned , is
askshaymohl ( Dr. Mohla) the rest of the people have different
levels of homeopathy experience and are not homeopaths.

Secondly, when one is overweight, different body types distribute
the weight differently and not evenly.

You need to google height and weight to see if you have excess
pounds. Then adjust your daily calories and increase your exercise to
reach proper body weight and the below waist fat will disappear-

No mr. simom717 i m not overweight. According to the calorie chart, i m fit accordung to my weight. My height is 5'8'' and weight 75 kg. I m not overweight. Its just that my lower body fat is in excess as compared to upper body. Seeing my upper half body one can easily say that i have a perfect body shape. but when it comes to lower body, all looks are distorted because of fat hips and thighs. they are not very very fat but the thing is that they are more fat that a normal boy's size (means they cant be neglected and one can easily notice that)

Hi Harry-

Have you tried specific exercise that is targeted towards those
areas?

simone717 8 years ago
no not yet

@Harry@ 8 years ago
But sir the problem is that exercise takes lot of time to remove fat. Also it requires a lot of time and energy to reach the target and one is supposed to strictly follow the routine to achieve the target. But sir because of my busy schedule i will not be able to devote much time for it and i cant follow regularly because i have to travel whole day and i get tired so i take rest at night.

Dear Harry,

A lot of people have "problem areas" thighs, butt, upper arms,
and stomach.

It is not a disease-it is more about "beauty" or what the culture says
is attractive.

Even if you do 15 minutes of some exercise- or half hour of brisk walking
everyday, it is going to eventually turn fat into muscle. One needs to do
30 minutes of something everyday anyway.

There is no easy way out- homeopathy treats imbalance- I don't think this
is imbalance. You might want to lose 10 pounds and see how that works out.

You might want to have more protein and less carbs and see what that does too.

Otherwise, someone has to take your complete case-and since this is a
cosmetic issue they may want you to try the above first.

Sir i can start exercising but i m afraid that i may have to skip it sometimes because of my busy schedule. This way i will not be able to cure myself soon and it will become a long term task.
I heard from many people that this lower body fat can be reduced by taking medicines. and the homeopathic medicines are the ones which don't have side effects. that's the reason why I started this post to get a complete permanent treatment from homeopathy. I hope you understand my problem

It is ok if you have to skip it-
just start.

Our bodies are designed to move to work well-you cannot
get away with not doing that- there will be consequences.
Our bodies are also designed not to be sitting for an hour-
one should get up every half hour and stand, move around
for 5 to 10 minutes to get the blood flowing as it should.

Drugs/medicines are not the answer- Try to work with the body
first, naturally. You need to create new habits. It takes 3 weeks
to install a new habit.

It is ok that you won't be perfect at it. After you get in the
swing of things you won't be resisting it.

1. Even if you don't want to do it- you can overcome resistance by
saying things, like, how about if I just move for 2 minutes?
Once you start you will always do more.
2. A lot of fat stays in areas, due to blood circulation not optimum,
and then the fat has a hard time releasing from the Cells.
3. If your DIET has sodas, sweets, bread, and high carbs in it, again
fat is not released from the cells very well-especially if the blood
flow is not optimum to those areas.
4.Make taking a brisk walk each day part of your life-no matter what.
5. Do squats and lunges for the problem areas .
6. You can have a couple cups of green tea each day which helps
the cells release fat.

-----That is what I suggest.

If you want to make a new thread and get advice from someone
else you are free to do so.

Good Luck.

In the morning i usually have tea with buiscuits and a glucose drink. after that i eat after my classes at 5 pm. That time i eat chappatis and vegetables (like paneer, potato etc) and drink lassi (drink made by mixing curd)
then in evening i have snacks like chips and cold drinks. Then at night i eat rice with yellow dal and pulses.

@Harry@ 8 years ago
Mr. Simone are you there? Please advise me what to do now?

@Harry@ 8 years ago
Hi Harry-

What exactly is in the glucose drink-what is it
made out of?
how many grams of sugar? Is it high fructose
corn syrup?

What time is evening for you?

What time are you calling night?

What time do you get up in the morning?

chips and cold drinks- what are the cold drinks?
sodas like coke?

simone717 8 years ago
Sir the glucose drink i have is the normal glucon - D that is available in the market in india in powder form.

For me evening is areound 6-7 pm.
and night when i have dinner is 10 pm. In the morning i get up at 8:30 am and on holidays i get up at 9:30 or 10 am.

the cold drinks i have is coke and pepsi

@Harry@ 8 years ago
Hi-

Lets start off slow as it is hard to
change habits.

I would add in some Lassi in the morning
as that is good for you and digestion Or
have some lassi at noon or something with
vegetables or pulses to even out your
energy and maintain blood sugar.

You are going a long time with nothing
until 5 pm. Your body often takes that
as getting starved- so it makes the body
hold onto fat.

Next, the chips are not good for you,
try not to eat more than 15 of them.
But the coke/pepsi ( same thing) has to go. High sugar, high
calorie and later I will post an article on
it- There is nothing good in it- it cleans
off car battery acid in 30 seconds-
This is messing up your metabolism.

Try to get some fizzy flavored water to
substitute,or just make up your own, using
carbonated water, and put in a little fruit
juice into it with ice-

That is enough changes for now, but coke
and those drinks keep one from hydrating
right, and then cells have trouble releasing
the fat.

Sure sir i will start changing my habbit from now.

@Harry@ 8 years ago
Ok Harry,

Remember all these new things will take some time to become
the new normal and it won't be perfect. If you have
a strong intention of wanting to look good and feel your best, they will become second
nature to you.

Hi Harry,

This article just appeared on Yahoo
today-about coke. Please google and read it.
