Anxiety and panic disorder

Hello. I am a 15-year-old male. I am currently having problems with panic disorder. I first had panic attacks two years ago, in middle of a class, when I complained of choking and pounding heart(palpitation). Since then, I had been having these attacks. I once went for my heart checkup which proved to be normal. The doctor told me that it could be due to hormonal imbalance in teens, or gastric problems.
I have been having anxiety problems after April 25 earthquake. Since then I am having severe panic attacks. Some attacks last for 10-30 minutes whereas some last for hours to 2-3 days. During the attacks, I have following complaints:
• Violent heartbeat (palpitation)
• Feeling of suffocating or choking
• Tingling or numb sensation in hands
• Nausea
• Difficulty in comprehension
• Confusion and depersonalization

If the attacks persist for a long time (say 2-3 hours), then I suffer from some symptoms like confusion, derealisation and palpitation for few days. I can't seem to stop some of my obsessive thoughts like ‘what if?' and ‘what is?' These attacks has resulted in forgetfulness and lack of concentration as well.
Hope I can get some remedies to cope with my problem. Thank you.

When were the above taken?

Who suggested these remedies?

I had done a root canal in my right molar no. 2 and since then I complained of burning and puffing sensation in my right nose and cheeks accompanied by pain in right temple and diminished loss of smell. I then went to ENT, where the doctor said that it was an allergy. I then chose homeopathy as none of the drugs prescribed by her worked. The homeopath gave me Merc. Sol. 200 and I also told him about my indigestion problems, so he prescribed me Nux Vomica 1M. That's all.
