15 month old son has croup

My son came down with croup last week. We did tried one remedy from the Dr that I think was calc-5, if that makes sense. I couldnt read her writing. I didnt notice much improvement the following day, so we swiched to the 200c of spongia. He got 2 granules, every 6 hours. We did this from Thursday late morning, until yesterday laste afternoon. His loud cough had left, but he was then congested and had a wet cough. Also his nose is very drippy. He is irritated and plain lousy feeling. I have no more spongia, and I called the local health market, they only carry it in a 30c and a smaller one(cant remember what size) Any suggestions on what to try. His pediatrician went away for the weekend, and Im going to page her later, but Im not sure if I will be able to get in touch with her. Her Dr covering for her, might want to do an anibiotic, which Id rather not do. Thanks

Just remember the remedy is first and once you find the correct remedy, potency is second to that. A 30c should be fine. Aconite, Spongia, and Hepar are great for croup.
