Piles issue
Dear Doctor,I have a chronic pilesissue but not much pain. The problem started long back due to appetite issue and subsequent constipation. Now I have recovered from appetite issue little bit by changing food habit. Whenever there is an spicy food the next day the appetite getting disordered and problem of blood piles begins, once it started normally stays for a week to complete the stoppage of blood release (normally towards the end of the motion). The anus is almost permanently diffused externally with some lumps but no such pain is there. Please suggest the forward path.

7. climate: Dry & hot (Andhra Pradesh)
8. List of your complaints: 1. Blood pilesduring appetite disorder e.g. when taken more spicy food.
2. Very little Ulceric issue (endoscopy done on 2012).
3. External lump (not hard but permanent) is formed outside the anus.
4. Little bit discomfort filling (may be some kind of very little pain which I could not understand) in the anus only those days during the blood discharge/ digestion problem.
9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint: >10 Years
10. Diabetic or non-Diabetic: Non diabetic
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt: Sour & Salt (salt restricted due to High BP)
12. Thirst: Little bit more
13. Tongue and Taste: Very strong test bud, very much fond of non-veg, specially fish (taken in daily basis one time).
14. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine):
150/95 without medicine, 140/85 with Medicine(just started 1 month, name: olsertain 20)
15. One situation that had a
big effect on you?:
During more consumption of spicy non-veg items like Meat/chicken at Hotels appetite issue with blood discharge during motion increases.

Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? No such medicines in current, 3 years back Allopathic medicines taken for appetite/piles issue(minor Ulcer).
17. Educational Qualifications of the patient: Engineer (B.E.)

A little bit short temper particularly during the honesty related issues. A little bit disturbed family life creating impatience.

Urine is very clear.
Stool is yellow. Later part of stool is slightly darker yellow during the appetite disorder and blood discharged during that time with fresh red colour.
