Vitamin B Complex
Hi Docs:On my recent visit to my family physician for generalized weakness, I was suggested to take Bcomplex capsules twice a day for 2 weeks and then once a day for a month. I was wondering if i can use anything from homeopathy instead. kindly advise

No. The best way to get B complex is thru foods of course,
and if you find that taking the vitamins is not improving
you, then the homeopathic remedies would be addressing
your digestive system and why the vitamins are not being
absorbed right ( that is if your diet is right)

Hi Simone:
I dont think i have absorption problem. Basically this was due to recent bleeding due to abortion and also after my second delivery, I could not take good care of myself in terms of diet as i had too many things to take care, from then, i had this deficiency, but still i am unable to dedicate good time for myself yet. hence this was added in pills form.

It is a good idea then to take the vitamins,
and get back your strength so you can
take care of yourself diet wise again.
It is also better if you get vitamins that
are powder in capsules or liquid as they
will absorb better than hard pills.

So, there is nothing that i can replace with homeopathy, right? If so, will continue wth B-complex capsules for now
