Belladonna for Bruxism?

Hi I am a 40 year old lady who has spastic diplegia cerebral palsy. I suffer from extreme nighttime Bruxism (teeth clenching). I wake up with very sore and tight jaw, neck and shoulder muscles, extreme headaches and nausea. I have herd that belladonna is an effective treatment for Bruxism. What dose should I take, and at what time of the day? If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
