granddaughter with eye problems

I have a 8 year old granddaughter. She has been wearing glasses and bifocals since she was 2 to 3 years old. She has lazy eye and crossed eyes. For the past few weeks her eyes will go to the left, both eyes will turn to the left quickly and back to the front. And it does it alot. Whether she is talking to you, reading a book or whatever she is doing, it is doing it constantly. She does seem to have trouble seeing more also. She wears her glasses constanly. No problem with not wearing them, but now when she even has her glasses on, her eyes are turning in. When she takes her glasses off they immediately turn in to crossed eyes. She was doing good at not getting crossed when she had glasses on, but now once in a while they cross with glasses on.
