for Dr Akshaymohl ......pls help in low body temperature cold feet and loss of smell

i am 26 years old guy. i have lost weight of around 7 kgs in last one year and currently weigh at 62 kgs and height is 5.8 feet.i have loosen muscles of hand and legs in particular though waist remains the same as 32 inch.I am always having sweet pain in legs specially in the calves and side of it. My feet always remains cold and body too has low temperature. I sweat a lot so i often feel thirsty. I am having irregular sleeps and often wake up at the mid of night. There is always cough formation in my chest and lungs and having blocked nose around the year. I have also lost sense of smell from past few months. I get pain in my right nostrils when i walk in chilled or air conditioned area. I feel weak and exhausted after only doing a small amount of heavy works. What could be the possible cause? I have been masturbating for last 13 years i guess and it has become addiction for me. I reckon it only aggravates my all above stated symptoms. I want to regain my healthy state of mind and body so badly. Please guide me with my problems. Thanks
