Painful Lump after Root canal treatment. Plz help

Hello sir,

I have done root canal treatment before 10 month in my upper right incisor, since it got darkend slowly and got painful in the palate right behind the tooth. Reason was unknown, might have been due to unknown hit in childhood.

10 months after now, I got lump (abscess) in palate right behind the rootcanaled tooth(incisor). 50 paise coin size.

I have visited two dentist. N have done xray. One was telling me there was tooth infection caused in the root canaled tooth reason unknown, and abscess(infection) has touched the near two teeth (upper left incisor and right lateral incisor). So he told me to do root canal in lateral incisor and a surgery in the top teeth gums. To clean the infection. I believe it is a flap surgery.

Other dentist was telling me to do root canal for both center incisor and right lateral incisor and a flap surgery in gums.
Both were telling me the infection pus is eating away the bones of all the three teeth. And The lump is broken by a dentist all the pus came out. Later a week small lump is formed. But no pain in teeth.

Now i dont to want to lose all the three teeth to die by root canal. Which i have already lost one.


I have been taking cofea cruda 30c and nat mur,kalimur and nat sulph6c cell salts,

after taking the pain between tooth and lump is gone. and lump stays in peanut size for long, neither incresed nor decreased.

Kindly suggest me remedy for this abscess and infection around the teeth and also is it necessary to go for the dental procedures or can be cured through remedies.
