Perianal Hematoma
perianal hematoma1. Age - 32
2. Male or Female or other - Female
3. Single/Married - Married
4. weight - 60kg approx
5. Height - 5'

8. List of your complaints - Post Pregnency suffering by "Perianal Hematoma" it was also there with the first child. It is apainful situation
and cannot take alopathy medicine as Baby is on mother's feed
9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint - Almost 10 days and the same issue happened when we have our first baby.
First baby was a normal birth and second (current) baby is delivered by C-Section.
10. Diabetic or non-Diabetic - Non Diabetic
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt - Cannot specify however my inclination is more towards sour and salty.
12. Thirst - Average
13. Tongue and Taste - Didn't find any change.
14. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine) - it was normal when I got it checked last week.
15. One situation that had a big effect on you? - With the issue & situation she have, she cannot sit but she have to, for feeding the baby.

Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? - 3 years ago she was given a alopathy medicine for the same which actually had a good effect however with our second baby it came back.

Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry,
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your
behavior, love and affections.
She get irritated easily but doesn't react, if anything hurt her she simply cry and thinks of that for a long time.
20. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g
Pus, urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc.
No Pus, and for rest of the things seems normal.
For Females Only
21. When is the period during the month approx. date? - around 18th however it is not regular at all.
Any monthly cycle issues? Regular, early, late, before problems, after problems,
pain, any other discharges?
Sometime it doesn't come for months, before our baby she didn't have her periods for more than 4 months.
22. Are you pregnant? If yes, please give pregnancy start date? Any current issues?
She was now we have a baby.
