I am a 29yrs old male from kolkata. I want to be a father soon so I want to make the quality of my sperm better, also I have very weak erection and ejaculate very soon. Shall I take Selenium-3x tab and Zincum Met-200 together. What dose I should take for these medicines.GAYEN on 2015-09-16

10 drop Half a cup of normal cool water
3 time after meal
10 time Shake before use
