Please help me to recover

I have already post an add about my over mastrubation problems. I am 20 years old and I had been mastrubating when I was 12 years old unknowning its bad side effects. Now after knowing that I have become thin, my waist size is 32 but my belly size is 24, my face became oily, my eyes dull and eyesides are dark, hair fall problem, I also didn't stop masturbating.I can't control my mind.I really want to stop this.
And I was told to take Natrum mur 200 (3 dose). If not helpful after 15 days sulphur 200. And I had taken them, bit didn't help.
I have a doubt that am I be able to go to my past natural life, am I able to recover to maintain a healthy life. I am really hopeless and helpless. Please anyone help me to recover and make a healthy life.

Start taking Cal Phos3x and Kali Phos 3x in alteration 2 tabs each 3 times a day.

Wash your feet before going to bed.

Also try start meditation.

Report result after one week.

Dear sir,
can you reply me how to take them, I mean do I have to take the two medicines(two tabs each) each thee times a day alternatingly(one after 3hrs of other).

Yes you are right. Take 2 tabs each medicine alternatively, 3 hours spacing between the medicine is correct.
8am, 2pm, 8pm--> Cal Phos 3x
11am, 5pm, 11pm--> Kali Phos 3x.

But I got a problem. today I have gone to 4 homeo shops but I didn't get (3x) dose only (6x) dose was available. at last I met a shop owner who is actually a doctor told me I can't get 3x dose here.
so I bought 6x dose and he also advised me to take 4 tabs each at a time (8 tabs a time) 4 times a day.
what to do?

Fine if you did not get 3x, 6x will do. Take 2 tabs in place of 4 , In my practice I have seen 2 tabs work better than 4 tabs. :-).
