What was happening in your life when you first had episodes of acne first time in your life when you were 20?

Was there any change in your mental set-up?

Does this acne have any relationship to your periods?

Can you connect this acne to some food intolerance? Which food bring out the acne most?

rishimba 8 years ago
What was happening in your life when you first had episodes of acne first time in your life when you were 20?
- I was in graduation college end of first year and was very very happy with the praises i got for my looks. Due to some misunderstanding i got into a relationship with the wrong guy. I didn't like the way he was but i still bound myself to his ways which put pressure on my mind.I felt very irritated and depressed for choosing him bcoz i got to know later that the guy whom i really liked also liked me but he didn't say it and i hurried it up with someone else. The following 3 years of college completely changed my life from good to bad.I had acne all over my face and body and I was extremely irritated, depressed and insecure all time.

Was there any change in your mental set-up?
- Mind had changed from being very happy to extremely depressed , insecure, irritated ,jealous of others skin and ashamed of my face and skin.

Does this acne have any relationship to your periods?
- I can always notice 1 or 2 new acne coming up before my periods which heal normally like other times. These acne are never the same in size.

Can you connect this acne to some food intolerance? Which food bring out the acne most?
- It isn't a very strong intolerance but if i intake dairy products or garlic or onion in normal quantity everyday then i can see a new eruption and i feel very heated up from inside. It doesn't affect if i have garlic onion twice in a week. Any kind of food that increases the body heat brings out acne immediately on my face and body like turmeric powder, pepper.

Thanks :)

You can take PULSATILLA 200C three doses on a single day, each dose 6 hours apart.

Let me know after 15 days if there's a change in your skin condition.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in empty stomach and clean mouth. No food or water one hour before or after taking the doses.

rishimba 8 years ago
okie..
I shall take Pulsatilla 200C like u said and will let u know after 15 days.

Thanks a lottt.. :)

kim1906 8 years ago
hie doctor..

I took Pulsatilla 200C and i have new painful eruptions on my face, back and legs.

Generally the eruptions never pain. Was bit worried.

kim1906 8 years ago
Please don't worry. We have to see if there is a response in the next 15 days.

The new eruptions don't mean a thing. In the next 15 days, we have to note if there is a change in rate of eruptions. If yes, then you need to repeat it once a week for a month or two.

rishimba 8 years ago
Hi doctor,

Sorry couldn't post exactly after 15 days as my exams were going on.

I had taken Pulsatilla 200 and as of now there are many new eruptions on my face, back, chest and thighs.T These are red and different from the one's i used to have generally. There is pain too.

Thanks

kim1906 8 years ago
How many doses of Pulsatilla have you taken in all?

What other changes have you observed after taking Pulsatilla?

Are you sure these eruptions are not the type you used to have earlier?

I would suggest a follow up dose after you give me your inputs.

rishimba 8 years ago
I took Pulsatilla 200 3 doses 6 hours apart on the same day.

Couldn't see any change in mental health as such.

The eruptions were the biggest change i could see. It was different than what it used to be before. The new ones are small and pinkish red and they pain when touched. There few small blister like eruptions too filled with water.

Old eruptions also came up more with the new ones on thighs back and face especially.

I think you should not reject Pulsatilla. In my opinion it is creating a response and if you continue it once a week, gradually all eruptions will gradually subside. It may take time, lets say a few weeks but finally Pulsatilla will cure your excessive acne.

Take it once a week for 3 weeks in a row. Let me know after a month.

Okie.. I will do as u say. U know the best.. :)

Thought i would give u some more information on my mental symptoms as they might be helpful in giving a remedy.

I am a peace loving person and i hate to fight or shout but i stand up for my rights and against any unjust ways very clearly and strongly. The constant fights at my home affects me a lot mentally because of which i am not able to concentrate on anything especially on studies. So i stay awake till early morning and sleep in morning because its peaceful at night time when all are sleeping.

I do get very angry when it gets intolerable but then within few minutes i am alright and start talking normally.

I am afraid of many insects specially cockroaches and spiders, ghost talks, heights and even deep waters like rivers and lakes.

Thanks a lott doctor for showing interest in my case. :)

kim1906 8 years ago
Sorry. I sent the same message twice so deleted one.

hie doctor,

Sorry to write before a month gets over.

I have been feeling too much heat in my body for last 3-4 days.

I have not been able to sleep in bed because of the heated up feeling when in bed.

I usually don't sweat easily but from last 3-4 days i have been sweating very much on walking

Constipation has also been there.

And finally there has been extreme tiredness because of which i am sleeping in afternoon and night, both the times.

Can u please help me with this situation doctor.

Thanks :)

kim1906 8 years ago
Can you tell me the probable reason of this sudden change in you?

Did you take any medicine or new kind of food etc.?

Did you take Pulsatilla in the last one week? How many doses?

rishimba 8 years ago
I couldn't relate it to any food intake..Infact i couldn't eat much from last week due to heart burns.Otherwise i have been having normal foods only.Nothing different.

I had taken pulsatilla 200 one dose on 14th oct.

kim1906 8 years ago
I didn't take any other medicine.

I generally prefer eating foods that are salty sour n spicy..but sour n spicy food gave really bad heart burns and acid reflux kind of feeling from last 3-4 days..

Very confused as i couldn't make out its relation with sudden allergy to some food or anything i did in last few days.

kim1906 8 years ago
It might sound diff..but i just had a sip of coffee due to force by a friend to taste her special coffee n i felt it made me feel better than before..

I am not feeling that hot now..though heat is felt..and mind is a bit active now..

My exams are coming up and i couldn't concentrate much due to tiredness for last few days but now from last half n hour the mind seems better and i feel like studying.

kim1906 8 years ago
OK, Don't take any further doses of Pulsatilla till the exams are over.

It seems you have reacted to something so, lets cut the remedy for now.

rishimba 8 years ago
Okie.. :)

Will let u know once the exams are over.

Thanks a lott..
