Plz Doctors -Urgent Help Required-penile dysfunction; feeling of absence of penis; bloating; feeling of fullness of stomach 24 hours for last 5 yrs;

please answer below,

1.weight - 75 kg

2. height - 6'

3. mind - cool ( but irritated due to bloated stomach & absence of sexual life)

4. behaviour - normal

5. hunger - normal

6. thirst - less; ( due to AC environment in office & Home & Car)

7.sleep - well

8. morning erection Is present or not? only some times if stomach is not bloated


9. how is your mind after sex -
not able to do sex ( in last 5 yrs hardly 15 times or less I did intercourse)


10. your country- India (living in Dubai -UAE with family)

11. climate- dry ( living always in AC)

12. How soon u ejaculate during sex - very soon once penis goes to vagina within 4-5 stroke ejaculation happen but during masturbation it goes pretty long)

13. How is your relationship with family members - normal including wife ( only sex life is missing)

14. any injury in penis before? never


15. any history of masterbation?

I started masturbation when 15 yrs old. some times frequently but most the the time once in a week or twice.

nux vom should be taken empty stomach?

I have started remedy. i.e nux vom in the morning and will take two more days then 7 days no remedy.

am I right?

1. how is your status after one dose?

I did not feel any effect (+ve / -ve)

2. stomach is ok?

actually our main problem is stomach as I feel and experienced over last 5 years.
if my stomach is not bloated my erection is ok; mind behavior every thing is ok.
but I am bloated 24 hours irrespective of food, before or after; veg / non veg / legumes / milk / curd no matter.

sometimes it is so acute that it might burst and some times it is under tolerable level. but no erection even bloating is under tolerance level.

so I think if my bloating is cured properly my erection would be ok.
May I know why bloating occur?? which organ is responsible for bloating? till now nobody ( DM-gastroenterology after endoscopy could not come to the diagnosis) so I m really very irritated that why in this technological advanced world such problem is not diagnosed. since without understanding of question properly how any body could answer!!! am I right??


3. how is your stool...lose or constipated?

when not bloated stool is ok. but constipated if stomach is tight. even if lose motion occurs but stomach is bloated.

4. your mind is relax or irritate?

I m very cool person but due to all these I m irritated. I feel fatigue and so I want to take rest only. no emotions. so I start scolding to my daughters ( one is 3yrs & other is 6months old). so I m irritated by myself since they are too young to be scolded. it is me who is culprit of behaving in such manner.

5. how is your health?

I m getting food regularly. I m doing my work since I m the only bread winner of my family.

my body is ok but how I can say this. since I don't feel energy in my self.

1. when bloating occur more: morning/evening/before sleep

it is really a kind of puzzle. morning is better. sometimes after eating bloating releaves; sometime after eating it aggravates.


2)do you dislike warm/spicy food??
I like spicy / warm food.

3)do you dislike warm place ???

No such distinction I felt. even the outer atmosphere is warm I always live inside. so there is no any warm effect on me.


4)does your symptom increase in warm environment???

Can't say. since sometimes when I m iN India SYMTOM gets relieved but sometimes not.

5)does your symptom increase after ejaculation.

No. as I informed you that hardly I made intercourse 15 times in 5 yrs. since I have no sexual desire due to bloating symptom. Masterbation is also rare since I m not having proper desire. if I would have desire why not I make intercourse.
only when my family is in India sometime I watch arousing movie then only I do forced masturbation.

no automatic erection. but sometimes if I m relieved from bloating I feel good my erection is proper though the intercourse is not satisfactory as it was during honeymoon period. my wife was very much satisfied then. her face was glowing but now alas! I m not able to satisfy her. I feel guilt. if anything disturb me only personally it is ok for me but such symptom affects my family. more to my wife who wants sex.

Actually I started Nux Vom as advised by sabkamalik1.
is it advisable to do something with many expert at a time?

then take Lycopodium 200.

so kindly advise.

do you think nux & lucopodium is insufficient to cure me? or palsatella is better than other remedy.

I m taking remedy as per your advise. since I donot want to mix many things together.

today I took third dose of nux. yesterday my bloating aggravated a lot. it doesnot mean that for the first time such situation occur.
as I stated earlier also that my health is like a puzzle. without any remedy sometimes every thing will be ok for a week / fortnight / months and againt problem will start automatically irrespective of change of food/ life style / working etc.

Today after 3rd dose of nux I feel better. so after 7 days i'll start Lycopodium 200.

plz guide regularly.
