Every once and a while I smell fart coming from me without me farting. And I know that I clean my self-good after using the bathroom. I even take a shower. This smell causes especially when I drive my car with the heat on or if I roll down my window (when air blows at me). I thought it was anal leakage but I don’t think that’s what it is. My butt is clean and everything. I don’t know why this could happen. It’s been like this for few years. Is this a normal thing? Have you heard anything like this before? What can I do to prevent it from smelling? What kind of medication do I need to use?
