Help needed! Precocious Puberty after appendicitis and no height increase

Hi,
I really needhelp for my daughter, she's 8 years old and had an appendectomy performed about 8 months ago.
Her appendix ruptured and she was hospitalised for about 2 weeks and was on heavy antibiotics for aboit 2 months.
She was growing very well upto this point and had a nice height according to her age, but after her operation she has stopped growing and her weight isn't increasing as well, but I feel that she's puberting and is in precocious puberty.
I am very much worried and need some help in this regard.

Please describe your daughter as to her physical looks and mental disposition.

She's a thin, very active girl. Black hair and wheatish complexion.
She's always anemic, because of being thalassemia minor, but it doesn't effect her daily activities.
A typical asian little girl.
She's very sensitive and helpful. Can break into tears easily. She loves her family a lot and shows lots of affection towards her parents and siblings. She's the elder one at home and is very protective for her siblings.
She loves to help others and is good at school as well.
She loves chatting and talking, but only with people she knows. In an unknown environment is she rather a shy and quite person.
She has loads of confidence insituations where she has to perform something infront of others, but she tries to do everything really quickly, ehich sometimes lead to adverse effects( like not being able to reach her maximum or being overconfident)
She finishes off her sentence or work first before listening to anyone else.
She's a bit bossy at home, but is easily influenced by her peers group.
She never hides what she wants.
Whenever doing a task, she won't finish it and start a new one with more interest and mostly she won't tidy up behind her. She's a messy kid and doesn't take care of her own things properland doesn't look after them. She needs to be reminded often to accomplish a simple task, but she doesn't care about it afterwards that someone got angry about anything and will do the same thing again.
But in lots of things when she's taught with love she keeps the things to herself.
Overall she's a chirpy, laughing, sensitive, confident and shy at the same time
She doesn't like vegetables at all and is more of a lamb fan. Even fruits etc
She loves chocolates, but plain.
She gets a healthy varied diet as I try to hide the veggies etc to feed her and is not allowed to have more than one unhealthy thing a day.
I hope this helps and if u need more info pls let me know

Just forgot to mention one thing
She's extremely badly afraid of the dark and being alone. She won't go to her room alone at night. After she's asleep she's fine and calm.
She just hates to go upstairs or downstairs alone.
