need help for hair fall!!

Suffering from hair fall problem. Hair mainly fall from the back of the head. Dandruff and itching is present. Pls. give me a remedy for how to stop it.

take these biochemic cell salts daily,

calc flour 6x - 3 pills morning

silicea 6x - 3 pills afternoon

kali sulph 6x - 3 pills
evening

calc phos 6x - 3 pills night

(chew them, do not swallow with water, nothing 15 minutes before and after medicine)

report improvement after 25 days,

Thank you for reply. Now i take Graphites 200c twice a week. It is allmost one month i use it. I get some of a bit improovement with this but not permanent. So now i want to ask wheather i'll stop the medicine or not?
