Physical & sexual weekness

I am 25 years old.doing job.I suffer from 5years physical weakness,lathergy,lack interest & energy of work,memory loss,brain fog,eye sight weakness,erectile problem,unsatisfactory erection,premature ejaculation(30-40 secs),penish is verry small,epydidymal cyst presnt in right testis,dandruff(scaling on scalp),hair fall.musterbation habit from about 15 years(now stop).weakness after musterbation.face showing old age man.lack of brightness.i was used calc,sulf,nux,lyco,ars alb,agnus cact. only get benefit from lycopodium 1m. but no benefit from higher dose.but lyco does not work at presnt.now i used avena+ withenia som mother & calc phos+kali phos 200x for fight against weakness. please tell me about pemanent solution.my body weight is 82 kg,hight 7.8 ft.thyroid,tc dc,esr,hb% are normal,total testosterone are normal.
