Cough & Cold again

My daughter and son, 3yrs 7mths both, are running with cough and cold again.
Both having rattling cough and nose is blocked. The mucus varies from watery to thick. Sometimes it has a color tinge, but can't figure if it is yellow or green. Both nostrils are blocked. Otherwise they are cheerfull.

My daughter has a bit of earache. Actually I dont know if it is really aching, but especially in the morning she keeps her hand on the left ear and expresses discomfort but again just for few seconds. She is underweight by three kgs. Her appetite has become a bit weak since a fortnight.

Both children consume water at regular intervals.

PLease give your children KALI BICHROMICUM 30, thrice a day for 2 days, 5 drops of the medicine in some water,
and report back about the progress.

Thank you, Dr Sajid. I shall buy and follow the prescription.

Since I do not have the medicine and I am gonna buy it, would anyone suggest other medicines which I should have in my kit, for my children.

Now their nostrils have ALMOST dried up. Occassionaly they get wet. But they are dry when they get up in the morning.
The chest is still rattling but improved.
My daughter does not complain of ear discomfort anymore.
My son's voice goes hoarse sometimes.

Should I continue Kali Bichromicum 30c?

Also want to add one more point,
since two days my son complaints of pain in the soles and today he complained of pain in palm and fingers of left hand. He is left handed.
