Itching in Leg

Hi,

My mother is 61 years, blood O+, Height 5'2'' and weight 60 Kgs.

She's suffering from constant itching in the legs since almost a year now. and I can see that the skin where she itches has turned slightly dark. I am worried now.

She suffers from cold very frequenly and sneezes like almost 10 times together. The sneeze if long and her eyes get red and watery too.

Please advise.
