3 year old son restless, cranky and crying all the time

My son is 3 years old skinny, medium height, wheatish complex. he is excessively cranky, restless and cries all the time is we dont fullfill his wants. He is at present taking kidz omega syrup once a day. Apetitie quite low have to struggle to make him eat and take approx 1 hour to complete his food, craves for sweets quite often. Drinks good amount of water. In the past he has suffered from gastroentritis -quite often (constipation, nausea and dihorrea), doesnt do well in school as he doesnt pay attention in school, very talkative and suffers from cold and cough quite often (every month to be precise).

Current problem is to make him sleep and to tackle his restless and cranky behaviour. He keep repeating a question again and again and starts to cry even though one responds to his question.
By nature he doesnt show any aggressive behaviour, although his teachers at school have claimed him to be very naughty.

Kidz Omega syrup - once daily (morning - started yesterday)
Mentat - ayurvedic syrup for brain (once before sleep 5 ml for 6 months)
Gassex - ayurvedic syrup for stomach (5 ml after food for 6 months)
Dr Reckweg sinus drops -homeopathy ( twice 10 drops in water - past one week and stopped)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him 2 pills of Nux Vomica 30 twice a day for 7 days and see how that affects.
