Please Help Dcotors

I am 33 years old, married sine last 4 years.

I am suffering from piles, once i had the same problem couple of years back which was fixed with follow medicine

Sulfur 1M (once in a week)
Nux Vomica (30 daily single dose)

And i was fine.

Recently, i have again experiencing (suddenly) severe pain during bowl and blood (nearly after 2 years).

Bad part is, medicine start effect my sexual ability.

For example.
If i take Nux vomica, timing becomes real problem but stop bleeding during bowl.

And with Sulfur pain start during bowl but sexaul timing returns back.

Please help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Take only Sulphur 1m one dose.
Do not take any other medicine.
You may have to take medicine for about 6 months at 30 to 60 days interval.

I took medicine and works really well.

No more piles.

Thanks a lot.

But now i do not get full erection and broken erection even without or partial discharge and after (partial) sex my penile muscles feels tired.

Please help
