receding gums

I am 63, professionally well qualified, married with two wonderful children. I have had bad teeth since childhood: cavities, RCTs, bridges... recently I find I am getting receding gums and fear that the front teeth may fall off over some time soon since there may not be enough gum support to hold them.

Please take Carbo Veg 30 and Arsenicum Album 30 in alternation for 16 days. The remedy should be taken in the evening daily. Over 16 days you should take 8 doses each of both the remedies.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
