I am fat , Huge tummy , Genetics cant be changed?

Hi ,
I am a fat woman , my height is 154 cm and weight is 76 -78

till my 9 i was very thin .. but healthy . then i got sick called primary complex i dont know much it started like having clots in my legs and walking problem etc. Then undergone a long treatment Allopathy 9 months medication by then i was 11 . then i started to gain weight started look healthy .. i don't know its my medicine side effect or my grandma's care , i was moved to stay with my grandma a great cook and " food enthusiast" .. all delicious experimental tasty foods magic .. i don't know .i started to gain weight .

then at 12 i reached puberty , with heavy menstruation regular every month . Elderly ladies told its in the family , my fathers sisters like this very early they reach puberty.i am very similar looking to my fathers sister.

then that time i started to grow really fast , and fat , but physical activity was very high like going school and dancing playing was heathy. then
i started engineering .

stopped being active like before slowly gained little fat.

from 17 i felt my tummy was little bigger than compared to my body shape , all over i was looking good i ignored .

then immediately after college i got married moved to uae , and here life was almost "static" .

i was not conceiving after 4 years of marriage too and was very by then , now people started to compare with me to my mother , and her family who was fat.

after a laprscopic cyst removal and some medication "lupride" injections for 6 months i conceived and had baby next year i was 28 .

when i am full pregnant my weight was 89 and next day after delivery it is 79 ,after that my weight seems never go back

now people say its genetics and wont go .

i will go on sometimes to rigourous weightloss plans almost starving myself and lose 2 or 3 kgs and after sometimes i will come back to my 76


i am depresssed

my other nature is i am very tensed kind of person all my life . i dont know how to get rid of it , its like a trait , now i adjusted and it is my driving force to complete things .


i am sound sleeper once i slept .

but sleep will not come easily

nowadays i have plantar fascist and taking some unknown homeo medicine for endometriosis .which regulates my heavy menstrual bleeding ..

earlier i used to bled heavily for 5 days now after started taking medicine it reduced to like 2 to 3 days


its a long story

but my experience with homeo doctors they want to know everything ..

now someone send me phytolacca to reduce weight ..

but i dont know medication details , please tell me how to take it


please suggest me some medication which will help me lose 15 kg !
