dermathit /eczema seborrheic

hello,

i'm 37 yo male, 83 kg and i have for a few years a seborrhea dermatitis.

Initially only the hair was affected with white scales and thick crust on the scalp with regulate margins.The hair started to become grey and when i wash some hair is falling but very limited.

Later on it extended to my eyebrows and down to my mid forehead and the base of my nose.On these area the skin is red after taking a bath and is covering with mild white scale in 2-3 days.

My forehead skin is rather oily .I use anti dandruff and shampoos and a cleanser with tea tree extract but i want a definitive solution.

From time to time there are flares and my skin is all read in affected regions.

I have a diverse diet, mainly cooking at home, eat spicy food, i'm a smoker and a decise/ferm person. I get mad if i wait or if the things are not done my way.

I've read recently that homeopathy can cure this for good so please help me with the right remedy.
