Restless , headache and low energy
Hello doctor.My details are
Age: 26
Material status : single
Diabetes : No
BP : Normal
Any other disease: No
Drugs: smoker only
facing the following problem.
1: feeling dull all the day and mind empty.
2: Feeling headache and dull all the time even when woke up from 7 to 8 hour proper sleep.
3: feeling very bore and dull and pain in all muscles even from 7 to 8 hours proper sleep.
4: Very low energy all the day and feeling asleep like all the day.
4: I am very very nervous, shay and scare when meet to any new person even my body shakes when communicate to anyone.
5: Stage fever even can't obey me idea to anyone very much disappointed i am.

7. climate = according to seasons spring, summer, winter, fall

13. Tongue and Taste = tasteless almost
14. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine) = Non

when i heard loud sound heart beat fast and scary, and when alone in dark feeling some1 is following me. and when meet any new face feeling shaver and nervous i don;t know why.

= i take tobacum, arnica for killing smoke purpose but it didn't work.
recently take kali pos 12X & anacardium30 for the above complaints but still no progress.
17. Educational Qualifications of the patient = Master in software engineerig
18. Nature of work, what do you do for living? I am programmer means web developer.

i am anger sometimes, hungry very soon. i do not want to hurt any one that's why i am different from others. public speaking and social life is very low because of lack of self confidence.

Urine : yellow
stool :some time loose motion some times very hard.
Pus : yes after pee sometimes crystal white pus come.
