Losing my mind with sleepless baby!

Please help! I'll post what I think are the most pertinent attribute/behaviors that my baby exhibits, if you have any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate them!

7.5 month old baby girl, born all natural, no vaccinations. Struggled with cradle cap early on, and colic was also an issue. I cut our dairy/soy and that helped a ton. She slept through the night until 3 months, and has been waking up increasingly ever since (i.e. tonight she woke up less than 30 mins after putting her down! She now catnaps at best during the day for naps 20-30 mins long). She has had green, mucousy diarrhea-like stools since she was a newborn, and her farts sometimes smell like sulfur. When she wakes in the night or after naps, she is angry and doesn't want to be cuddled. Patting her bottom *used* to work to calm her down and help her back to sleep, but not so much any more, it just angers her. She is always nursing, every 2 hours on the dot, but not really gaining much weight. She has had a wet cough and rattle in her chest for almost 2 months now. Personality-wise, she used to be super happy and jovial, but now she cries/fusses every time she's not being held. Oh, and people have been saying she's "cutting teeth" for 5 months now because she's always gnawing on her hands. But alas, at 8 months still no teeth!

To date, I've tried Chamomilla 30c, it worked BEAUTIFULLY. She'd wake up screaming, I'd pop some of the liquid in her mouth and within 2 mins she'd be back asleep. Her naps improved, and she became calm, content and smiley during the day. (!!!) I went to see a homeopath after being on chamomilla for a few weeks, because her cough and chest rattle were concerning to me, and because I was trying to see if we could help her food intolerances so that I could resume eating dairy again. He stopped the chamomilla, and put her on a one time dose of calc phos 1x. Her mood during the next few days was still super happy, but her sleep tanked. She was worse than before, even the patting of her bottom was no longer working. I started her back on chamomilla, and the first few days back on it I breathed a sigh of relief because it worked so well. But then, by day 3 it worked less and less. Now it does absolutely nothing for her. When I was giving the chamomilla to her, I only gave it to her 2-3 times per day. Anyway, the homeopath now recommends starting her on phosphorus, but I can't help but feel like this is going to be a long road of trial and error. Any suggestions or thoughts?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is unfortunate that we treat homeopathy as allopathy and belive in giving remedy on daily basis.

If she had responded to initial dose of cham 30, it should not have been repeated until there was seen relapse of symptoms.

At this stage my recommensation would be to give her a single dose of cham 200 (not to be repeated on daily basis) and see how it effects her sleep and mood. Update after 1 week.

Thank you for your reply! The chamomilla worked beautifully, but only when given 2-3 times per day. When I tried weaning down to just once per day, her symptoms increased. Perhaps that means it wasn't the correct remedy for her after all? I will try what you have recommended, thank you!
