Akshaymohl Sir, I have taken Nux Vom 30 for 7 days. I am happy that it cured my constipation problem. Although, I added lots of veggies & fruits to my diet, this remedy itself worked, I believe. But, nightfall still continues. But that's not an issue for me. My main concern is extreme fatigue. I'm very confused here. I don't really know whether nightfall is associated with it or not. Here are some symptoms:

Extreme fatigue (very low energy);
Muscle weakness;
Blurred vision;
Tingling / numbness in arms & legs;
Vibrating arms;
Insomnia;
Dizziness sometimes.

I can confirm that my diet is fine, no junk food, lots of protein. Still, facing those problems. Suffering from insomnia, I sleep late (average 3 am) & wake up late. My daily lifestyle is suffering from these a lot. Can't concentrate in studies, can't go to gym (I badly want to start it again!) etc.

VERY IMPORTANT:-

The reason I don't think, nightfall is causing these:

I started having wet dreams from past 2.5 years. But, this type of condition (weakness/fatigue) happened only twice (or maybe thrice) in my life. Once 2 years back (Oct, 2013 - Feb, 2014). And that time, my diet was very poor. And, now, after 2 years, I am suffering from this kind of problem again. (Maybe, those problems hit me another time in mid 2014, but the duration was very short.) In 2015, problems arrived on Sept (2015) & still continues. BEFORE THAT, I USED TO HAVE WET DREAMS DAILY, BUT IT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. MY LIFE WAS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL THEN, I WOULD EXERCISE, PLAY ETC.

Therefore, I don't believe nightfall is making me weak. There must be some other factors I don't know. Maybe vitamin / mineral deficiency etc. I read lots of websites. Got to know from somewhere that lack of vit. B12 may cause there problems. I'm really very unsure & that's why seeking your help.

Please, look into this matter. Tell me if some clinical test is required or whatever. I just want to get better.

picric acid 30 three times daily for 15 days .neurobian forte vitamin daily after meal one tab only .This is allopathic meds.

Ok sir. I will start taking Neurobian Forte. And, tell me if any clinical test is required. I think, if there is a chance of anemia, then it's better to have CBC test done first. If you say, I can do the test & mail you the report.

And may I know what Picric Acid is for?
