Stop taking extra salt in food. Try to reduce your salt intake.

During the treatment, try to restrain yourself while adding extra salt in food.

You need to stop taking coffee during this treatment or else the remedy won't work much.

Take 3 doses of NATRUM MURATICUM 200C three doses on a single day, each dose 6 hours apart in empty stomach. Don't take any food or water one hour before or after.

one dose would be 3 drops in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up.

Come back after 15 days. Don't repeat the dose unless and until I tell you to do so.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply

1. Shall I continue taking the calm, sepia, Ferr phos and cell salts?

2. You want me to stop taking salt or add extra salt, i got a bit confused.

3. The Nat Mur i currently have is 30 c should you change the remedy prescription or shall I go and get the 200? because this would take some time.

Thanks a lot.

1. Stop taking any other homeopathic remedy but you can carry on with supplements.

2. Reduce your salt intake as much as possible. Don't take salty things like pickle, potato chips etc. Salt to taste in food is fine.

3. Please source Natrum Mur 200C and for the time being, you can take 3 doses of Natrum Mur 30C.
