Dr.i use to mastrubate daily from the age of 7 due to bad friends without knowing about it.now i am 34 and feeling very worse due to overmastrubation and side effects i am facing are below here1.Extreme weakness and stress
2.muscle cramp easily and blood get struck in legs while sitting for few minutes and standing
3.When do workout some( one to two) drops of sperm without colour leaks
4.when get excited about sex drops of without colour sperm leak
5.always feeling irritate

7.at night penis get erected without feelings
8.immune system is very poor
9.back pain
10.shyness
11.muscles become very loose
12.black circles around eyes
13.my face muscles r loose
14.feeling of heat in both eyes
15.loose belly
16.sperm is colourless like water
Pls help me to overcome this issues and live a normal life.
