tesitlces, anxiety, muscles loss and varicocele
gey guys.im a 19 year old male in london.
for the last 5 years i have been very nervourse, obsessive about problems and anxiouse. i often also have mild depression. sleep well but often wake feeling anxiouse.
my physical problems is lack of blood flow through groin and scrotum. this has led to atrophic testicles, and thus low amounts of testosterone, which of course has given me bad symstoms like weakness and no muscle/sexual desire, and of course the anxiety.
i have had a varicocele embolization, and i have acupuncture which stimulates blood flow, and shows that my balls are actually fairly big when stimulated, but that usually they are just empty of blood.
i want to improve everything at the moment i take zinc, vit e and c, rutin, ginko and billberry.
what else can i take for the testosterone probles, and to fix my balls and the blood flow to them.
