Severe itching red wilts on entire body

Hello all experts
Im reaching out to you for urgent help.
I probably ate something bad at restaurant last night and I woke up at 2:00 AM with severe itching between my legs and went to bed after 2 hours.
I woke up with genitals swollen and itching all over my body. it itches like crazy and every time it itches it becomes red and burns hot and after itching and becomes a swollen like i was bitten by some insect ( but i know its not insect) but the wilts are swollen skin like mosquito bite from large medium to several small ones. im taking Arsenicum Album 30c 2 doses in past 3 hours but its not really helping.
SOMEONE FOR GOD SAKES HELP BEFORE I RIP MY SKIN OFF PLEASE
