Dr.i use to mastrubate daily from my school day.now i am 34 and feeling very worse due to overmastrubation and side effects i am facing are below here1.Extreme weakness and stress.whole day wants to sleep in bed
2.muscle cramp easily and blood get struck in legs while sitting
3.very much soft and shrinken penis & now penis size is 2 inch length and looking very small.
4.No sex feeling and no erection what so ever in penis
5.always feeling irritate
6.very worst memory power
7.shrinkage and pain in testicle balls
8.immune system is very poor
9.back pain & knee pain
10.shyness and want to be alone
11.muscles become very loose
12.black circles around eyes
13.my face muscles are loose
14.feeling of heat in both eyes & blur vision.
15.loose belly
Pls help to get recover from this problms.i am 34yrs 6ft and 82kg & unmarried.
