My left ear is with Hissing sound since 7 yrs years

My left ear was operated for infection some 20 yrs back. In 2008 I started hearing Hissing sound in the same left ear. Some times it is louder, some times low, if I breath loudly the noise gets louder. If I squeeze a plastic then the same left ear vibrates.7 years back I had been to a under water course and I think the noise issue started after that, so could be some water still in the middle year?
3 yrs back I had been to an ear specialist, he removed water from both the middle ears but according to him the left ear still had water and asked me to keep blowing so that the water remaining water gets out. I blow very often but does not works out.
Please advice what medicines should I try with...

Thanks.....

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Staphysagria 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.

If this doesn't help take Mercurius Sol 200 in the same way.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
