Acute Sneezing Problem

Hi

My Wife is suffering from Sneezing problem and have provided below the complete details for a permanent solution!

1. Gender & Age - Female 55

2. City - Bangalore

3. What causes Sneezing - Exposure to Cold - Cold weather and Even Washing hands in Normal water, On picking up things from the Refrigerator. Cold Winds, Coming from outside and getting inside house also starts sneezing at times.

5. When does sneezing occur - Generally Morning hours but once it starts it continues till evening.

4. When it is better - In the Open, While lying down, Staying in Dry Cities like Goa where Sneezing Stops almost immediately.

5. Nose conditions - Blocked most of the time - snoring at night and also breathing from mouth.

6. Other symptoms - she starts getting Respiratory problems if she talks while walking which also induces coughing.

What worked last year-
A combination of Kali Bich and Allium Cepa worked last year but this year its not working at all.

While I know moving out from Bangalore is the best solution but none listens to me. SO PLEASE HELP WITH Homeo medicine to get rid of this problem.
