The ABC Homeopathy Forum
Am I in the right place?
I just got here. I saw girl2010 asking for help. I tried to do some case taking, but I fear I scared her off.I may not be a professional but I know something about homeopathy.
The main symptom she presented was anger. My first thought was Ignatia. Delving deeper she's been holding onto this anger for a while. Checking the rubric Natrum Mur (chronic of Ignatia) was dominant so I started exploring that - asking around Anacardium (memory, swearing) and Sepia (hormonal issues) looking for anything that might suggest another remedy.
I've noticed that when exploring these things in this forum that when someone asks a series of questions the post makes them look like rapid fire - which can be intimidating.
Perhaps my "netside" manner could use some polishing.
I could use a clue. Please?

What you are doing is taking a short cut. You are asking leading questions having some remedy in your mind. You are not allowing the patient to talk freely. You can be successful with this method only after many years of rich experience. It is not suitable for beginners. For the time being prepare a good set of questionnaire and try to find the remedy from the answers of the patient.
