Advise on stiffness in knees and legs

I have increased spasticity and stiffness in my knees and legs. It seems like arthiritis stiffness but not sure. My spasticity increases when i sit or rest long and in winters.

On this forum itself someone suggested me rhus tox , i want to know what dose i should start on rhus tox.

BC 19 ( biocombinatiion 19)

4 tablets 3 times a day. take directly on tounge

rhus tox 30c

one dose on morning
one dose at night

try rhus tox 30c for 10 days and wait 10 more days for response.. continue BC 19 FOR 1 month
