4 year old looks tired all the time over active

Hello
My 4 year old son always looks tired even when he's well fed and had decent night of sleep. He's always very active. Non stop moving, he trips and falls very easily doesn't get concept of safety. He will hold my hand but will pull and lean into me putting all his weight on me he won't stand straight or still. He fights sleep for as long as he can. He does not nap. He sleeps from 9 pm to 7 30am.
His diet isn't the greatest he doesn't eat much iron or protein items. I do give him vitamins. And try to give him chicken and eggs but he's very picket eater. Doesn't not like any fruits. He has appetite to eat but doesn't want to try much his diet consists of bread roti pasta all carbs he will have chicken nuggets and eggs once in a while. His eyes always look tired even in the morning when he wakes up. When He cries or screams a little and his eyes get all red as if he's ready to sleep. What can i do or give him to have strong muscles in his body and not Limby/fragile, so he doesn't look tired all the time. He has so much energy even when he's tired he doesn't wanna relax he gets over tired. His brain is always thinking always over stimulated and towards negative habits not positive. He doesn't want to write or hold a pencil. He does get occupational and physical therapy at school twice a week. But I'm still concerned about him a lot.
Please help me help my son.
