blood pressure and weakness.......help!

My age is 27 years.I had a problem of blood pressure and weakness more then 4 years.all symptoms increases after sexual activities.I feel Palpitation,fast breathing,jerking,pain and heaviness in both arms.weakness in back,shoulders and left side of face.My memory is not good.i forget the names of peoples and places.Some time i feel Stitches in meaus.

4 years ago one night had masturbate.In the morning i feel burning in urethra and pressure on bladder long before urine comes.This problem continued more then 1 year.after the 6 month of this I feel high blood pressure.Now I am taking lopatic medicine of blood pressure. upto age of 24 i had masturbate lot almost daily.

Please take SEPIA 30, 5 drops in some water after meals, thrice a day for 1 week,
and also you are advise to go on sex drive only once in a week.
also report after 1 week about the progress.
