Adenopaty / severe breast pain before period

Dear doc,
Since last 3 months i ve been experiencing a really severe pain on my right breast almost near the armpit.

I had an history of micropolycistic ovaries and various cystes into the breast.

Last ecography of 2 month ago show no cystes in the breast just adenopaty.

I m now 30 years old
When i was 18 i risked to be operated for a cyst in my ovary which disappear the night before operation. Since then i took one year of oral contraception ,which after has been suspended as i am a smoker and for bigweight fluctuations and water retention.

I ve always cured my self with homeopathy and fitotherapy. And i want to seek some alternative to the progesteron pills my doctor prescrived.

I m looking for a good homeopathic doc in paris but waiting lists are really long...

Pain intensify at night around 2/3 am to the point that wakes me up and prevent me to sleep so during the day i m often tired, i m very hypocondriac and lately i cry and get emotional for no reason.

I m doing now clay / ricotta cataplasm with little relief and using an arnica topic gel
I also took 2 doses( one morning and one night 4 grains for each dose) of conium 7ch

Could be the right remedy ?
If not i read about phytolacca

I m trying to follow a vegetarian diet
Eliminating diary

Thanx to anyone would take the time yo answer

Peace

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Lycopodium 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects. If this doesn't help take Lachesis 30 in the same way.
