enlarged prostate at age 34

I found out two days ago I have an enlarged prostate. Oh yaaa I also have a hydrocele that had formed about a year ago. At least that is the best I could come up with and the doctor I saw at the time agreed. Other symptoms I've been having are fatigue and depression and lack of concentration. May not bee related. Could just be my wife. Best I can come up with for natural cures are Natural Progesterone, Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seeds, Zinc. The way I see it if it's all about DHT and hormones this could all be related. Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
PLease take only 1 dose of "THUJA 200", 5 drops in some water at 1st day, and from the 2nd day start "SABAL SERRULATA Q", 10 drops in some water twice a day after meals, for 1 week, and then report about the progress.
