children problem help

Dear sir

My son who is 3 years old suffering from running nose and cough , cough not comes out it seems cough on his chest area. He also complains about itching on rectum area may be cause of worms.

In his leg there is small red rashes.

He constipated most of the times.

Plz advise

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Sulphur 30 one dose.
Do not give him sour things to eat or drink as they may disturb medicine.
