Hello all. I have a question more related to ayurvedic medicine, and I only ask because there is a large population of doctors here who are from India and Pakistan so you will understand my query.I've been wrestling with anxiety attacks while driving, and also brought on during intense mental concentration. As I am a writer, this has made my job almost impossible.
My homeopath is a Buddhist lama and visits Nepal and Bhutan, so he is versed in Ayurvedic medicine but not well enough. He can diagnose but not come up with a remedy.
He believes I suffer from LUNG (loong), or Wind displacement. One of the hallmarks of this problem is after any intense concentration I feel like there is a hurricane blowing around in my head, making me dizzy. In particular, it affects the eyes and it becomes painful to see. Fortunately, I've never fallen over or fainted, but it can be rough.
This condition is worse in the morning and on an empty stomach. Light foods do nothing. i need something heavy and fatty. Fruit does nothing, if anything it makes it worse. But a cheeseburger? I'm good for a few hours.
In addition to worsening when I do work or don't eat it also gets VERY bad when I drive, making it very hard to travel more than 15-20 minutes. I get better once I get out of the car.
So I am open to anything, Ayurvedic or homeopathic. As I said, I figure the doctors here will recognize the diagnosis and symptoms more than a western doctor would.

I want to advise you something here.. I completely understand what you are saying.I am not a registered certificate holder homeopath but I handled some case like this.. I am practicing and studying homeopathy from last 4 years.the problem you are facing same type of problems one of my brother faced badly and I have a experience about that ayurvedic Medcine too..
see your case is complete a anxiety, panic attacks and a episode of scenario which are making you panic.
there lots of things need to understand for your problem but 3 view area important

root cause of this (entire scenario)
so after a deep study the proper Medcine should be try.. it's not a like case that somone in forum will give arsenic then it won't work then lycopodium then calcarea.. it's not a good way so after long study the proper Medcine should be choose for you..
actually the ayurvedic doctor you have mentioned if he belongs to budhist and lama tibetian Medcine then there process area different..
I am sure they will give you a ball like a Medcine to soak in water and have it morning and some weekly that day no garlic etc..
I encounter same problem what u got.. I don't know it was for the medcine which didn't suit my body and got many problems like a disaster..
what I think people from there atmosphere and climate and food style easily get benfit but luke we people who really not able to obey the Medcine rule so no proper benifit..
in my relatives a man was there who was in depression which cause panic attacks and he got same problem as u but now he is fine after complete 6 months of treatment..
actually in ayurveda for this type of problems they use rasyana and bhasma like pearl, coral and some plant root which are cold in nature so most of time people get cold and all..
but homeopathy will work better here in your case
so you need to explain as much as you can to a homeopath who will listen then take time for case study..
I think if you try a homeopath Specialy in person then it will be great or else in future if u want me to look this case then will take it as professionaly means need to lots of study in it and if I will able to prescribe I can or else will tell you to take other advise.. if you want me to share something then you can click my username to get email id for communication.. here in forum sharing phone number, email Id or any contact, advertisement stuff strictly not allow so..
