toddler congestion

So my son has a bad nose congestion that lead to a earache, Dr didn't suggest antibiotics yet so I am trying natural remedies first.

Can I add also Kali Murr?
I usually give him kali Murray and I believe it helps him, can I give him both?

For his ear I am putting garlic (wally) ear drops and also colloidal silver drops ... as he hates the garlic smell. These seemed to help for the pain, last night he was able to sleep finally, thank Gd.

Today I also gave him elderberry (sambucus lozenges 1 / day).
And saline drops in the nose.

trying hard to get him better.

Please give him Pulsatilla 30 twice a day if he still has ear pain or blocked nose. There is no need to give the remedy if there is no pain or blocked nose.
