This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Complementary medicines are those medicines which completes the work of some remedy. Many important remedies have complementary relationship.
Example : 1. Suppose you contact some acute problem and the doctor prescribes rhus tox. You take a few doses and get relief. After a time you get the same problem and rhus tox again gives you relief. This happens again and again. It is time to search for a deeper remedy. Here you first look at complementary remedies. These are very similar but deeper acting remedies. You give Calcarea Carb and the problem does not return. Calcarea Carb is complementary to rhus tox. Of course some remedies have more than one complementary .
2. Suppose you are taking thuja for some problem and it is doing good work. After some time you find that it is not working any more even in a higher potency or the symptoms have changed. It is time to change remedy and the remedies first considered are complementary remedies. Thuja has many complementary remedies. You try to find which fits in.(nitric acid
,medorrhinum ,natrum Sulph, arsenicum album )
So long as the symptom picture does not change do not change medicine.
Before changing the remedy change the potency first. If you were using lower go to higher, if higher use lower.
The second prescription is more difficult than the first when the first prescription was correct. Second remedy is selected on the basis of the last appearing symptom.
In your case complementary medicine of lycopodium are Lachesis, Iodine and Pulsatilla.
If you need to change medicine it may be one of them. However it may be some other also.
Coffee is inimical to Lycopodium (Kent's repertory). If a remedy is inimical to another it must never be used either before or after that remedy. Causticum and Phosphorous, Merc Sol and Silicea have similar relationship.

Dear Telescope,

Thank you very much for reply.
Currently Rishimba is working with me. and i took lycopodium 10M some 50 days back.

Lycopodium was doing great. Some times its work was temporarily interrupted by environmental antidotes but i think it was still working

I did something wrong which i should not have done,
I gave my wife lachesis 200 without her knowledge because she was not agreeing to take medicine. (Medicine was prescribed for her by someone)

As i gave her lachesis she smelled the rat and asked me whether water had some medicine and to make her calm i drank this myself (I knew lachesis was complementary to Lycopodium)

I am sorry what i did i should not have given her medicine without her consent but i was desperate, i could not see her state of mind and wanted to help her out.

Well now i want to know what should i do for myself, should i wait and see or what?

Please guide.

Telescope, Thanks for reply.

Which medicine i can repeat, Lycopodium 10m or Lachesis 200?

and when should i repeat?

and if you are talking about lachesis 200 can i go back to lycopodium 10m afterwards.

Lachesis 200 has effected me mentally, and sexually, i am calm and i enjoyed sex which i did not before taking lachesis 200

If you are feeling good do not disturb medicine. Wait and see how long the good feeling lasts.

Telescope,

About 8 days have passes since it took lachesis 200

And I think good effects of lachesis have faded away.

I had heart beat of 120 today, was getting breathless. I felt so before taking lycopodium.

My heartbeat was so rapid i took disprin to calm down.

What do you suggest.
