very old problem now became a serious issue

My sister who she is 39 yrs old unmarried have vertigo problem for over 15 yrs now after repeated diagnosis it said it's a mineare syndrome which causes
Ringing and sensation of both ears,feel like fullness of ears
vertigo increases if there is cough & coldness
Also has Indigestion,heartburn ,constipation heaviness of stomach lack of appetite .She too suffers from
Frequent urination but doesn't have any disease of kidney or urinary bladder .
Eyes have puffiness and deep darkcircle
Skin is oily but have rough heel which crack even in summer and
3 finger's nail too suffer the same
Apart from all this. She has vitiligo from past 7 years which is increasing and spreading too
