Prolapsed disc

I am 39 yrs old female
With previous history of hypo thyroid

I suffered from dengue Nd after soon after recovering from dengue I developed severe pain in my right hip which radiated down till foot.

MRI report said
Normal Lumbar lordosis is seen
Marginal osteophytes are seen at L4 &L5
Peripheral anular tear at L4-L5 & L5- S1 discs posteriorly
Diffuse posterocentral & bilateral paracentral disc protrusion at L4 -L5 indenting the ventral thecal sac and mildly compressing bilateral exiting nerve roots with bilateral inferior neural foraminal narrowing
Diffuse posterocentral & bilateral protrusion at L5-S1 level (and again the same as above)
Marginal osteophytes are seen at multiple levels.

Doctor had prescribed corticosteroids, painkillers along with physiotherapy
After 3 weeks of treatment pain in right leh lessened but pain in left leg along with lower back increased.
Now thevpain keeps shifting from right leg to left leg and lower back.It has been more than 4 painful weeks.
Kindly suggest some remedy so that I may get rid of this issue

I am overweight with weight 81 kgs and height 5ft 5 inches. With fair complexion and strong built. I am also suffering from irregular, delayed and scanty periods since beginning and also ovarian cyst.
I am working and have very busy work schedule all through the day.

Please take Calcarea Carb 1m one dose.
Do not use any other medicine.
Update after 7 days or earlier if needed.
