I have gotten great acne advice and I have started to get my hair under control.

When I was younger I had braces, acne, glasses and bad hair. I was made fun of a lot and developed depression and low self esteem.
I stopped taking care of myself because I was careless and the Canadian life was a bit different to where I came from.
My father never had acne. My mothers side of the family never had acne. No one has braces or glasses in my family at the time so my parents were not sure how to handle what I was going threw also maintaining a job and a life in a new country.

So to the point. I had metal glued to the back of my teeth. 4 wisdom teeth and a ton of other teeth pulled out. Retainers and elastic and a full mouth of metal. And you get the idea. I did not take care of it and when my braced was removed I was left with ugly yellow tinted teeth.

I tried the liquid over night teeth whitening but it did not even whiten a little. Nothing no results what so ever.

And I heard the white strips dont work or do not last as long as they say.
I dont want to spend a fortune behind white strips or $300 plus for bleaching. I do not have near that kind of money.

So I was wondering if anyone knows anything cheap and maybe organic that could whiten my teeth permanently even if I have to use it every day 3 times a day and wait months to see any results.

I would kindly accept any advices.

I think fixing what I can change about myself to make myself happier will help me get over my depression.
