Dr.kadwa please help, Severe pain in right / left Popiteal Fossa

History

This problem was first occurred in the month of February-March-15. Initially pain was very less and set right by giving homeopathic medicines Ruta 30 and Magnesia Phos 6x. It lasted only maximum 4 to 5 days. This pain was fluctuated either in left or right leg (one at a time) and keep on changing. There is no fixed time gap between pains and also no surety for pain in left or right leg.

But in the month of August-15-she was having more pain (as compared to previous ones) in back side of left leg knee (popliteal area). This time we have consulted Allopathic doctor in Bhopal. As per doctor this pain was due to swelling behind the knee (due excess synovial fluid).

After 4 days, there was no pain and we stopped Etova-P 400 medicine and after 10 days, we met the doctor again. We informed the doctor about the stoppage of one medicine mentioned above. Doctor advised us to continue 2nd, 3rd and 4th medicines and take 1st and 5th medicine on SOS basis.
But after another 6 days, again pain started behind the right leg knee (popliteal area) instead of left leg. We called our doctor over mobile, he advised to take 1st (Etova-P 400) and 5th medicine also. During this time, left leg was perfectly alright. My doctor said this synovial pain keep on shifting/ changing.
After taking above medicines, pain stopped in 6 days and we got relieved.
But 19th Sep-15, again pain started behind the right leg knee (popliteal area). We called our doctor again over mobile, he advised to take 1st (Etova-P 400) and 5th medicine along-with vitamin-D & Calcium. Pain was reduced immediately (within 1 or 2 days) but not gone completely in five days. So we met the doctor in Bhopal. This time he changed the pain killer medicine with Proxim 200 and pain was gone completely in three days (total 9 days) i.e. on 26th September-15.

After 2 months, i.e. on 27th November-15 again pain (this time severe pain) started behind the right leg knee (popliteal area), pain travelled upto right leg finger and she was crying with pain. This is the first time, she cried and sweating was also observed. Doctor asked to start Proxim 200 pain killer with one antibiotic medicine. Pain reduced immediately but not gone completely in 9 days. This time our doctor advised to meet any specialist in child rheumatologist in PGI Chandigarh or Ganga Ram Hospital Delhi.
We immediately left for Chandigarh PGI on 5th December-15 and met Prof. Dr. Surjeet Singh (head of department and specialist in child rheumatology of PGI-Chandigarh) on 8th December-15. He had seen all our reports, MRI and suggested for some test. Test results came next day and again we met the doctor. All results came negative except higher ESR (i.e. 41) and lower haemoglobin (i.e. 9.4). Other tests came (like anti ccp, RH factor etc.) came negative. Same observation (high ESR and low haemoglobin) noticed during test results advised by Bhopal doctor. After inspecting the reports, doctor said that she is not having any problem of arthritis and rheumatism. Doctor asked to do following

- Allow her for school and play.
- Stop all the medicine.
- to visit again when she is having severe pain and use only paracetamol for pain reliever.
We had already stopped all the medicine from 7th December-15 morning. Pain was getting reduced slowly and slowly and on 11th December-15 morning, pain was set right completely.
After this, we had visited Fortis Hospital Chandigarh on 9th December-15 and met specialist doctors of child rheumatologist and vascular. Child rheumatologist asked for several test in SRL lab and we land up with same result i.e. higher ESR (i.e. 30) and lower haemoglobin (i.e. 9.3). Other reports came negative and advised to visit again after two month or whenever she is having pain with reports of ESR and haemoglobin test. Doctor of vascular said this is not the case of vascular.

Same day we met one of my person, advised by my friend, in Kalka he is practising in Homeopathy since last 20 years after retirement from job. After seeing all the reports, he asked me to take homeopathy medicine
physostigma 200 TDS-4 pills three time a day and for two month and also gave me another medicine of 30 potency. I donot know the name of second medicine. I asked about it but he refused and told your problem will be solved after two month.

Since we had stopped all the allopathic medicines and started above homeopathic medicine. My question(s) are
- Above homeopathy medicine is correct or not?
- If not, what is further course of action?
- Is it safe also in terms of side effects?
- What is the cause of this problem?

Previous problem Details

In the year of 2007, she had suffered with Typhoid and admitted in children hospital for 8 days. Same typhoid came in 2010, but lasts for 4 days. In 2011, her eyes were checked for poorer farsightedness. Her near-sightedness was OK at that time. Presently both the sightedness are ok.
