High blood pressure with stomach pain gas and acidity

PROBLEM: Last weak the intestinal infection was with vomiting. Allopathic Doctor give the following medicines:

Oflox-OZ
Drotiost-MF
Pantocid-IT

On taking these medicines Intestinal infection got OK and vomiting stopped in one day but Drotiost-MF tablet get reaction with body and intolerable pain in stomach starts, Hand gets like epilepsy and upper and lower jaw gets closed tightly with shivering in hands and legs.
We go to Hospital immediately they give Avil, Voveran, Buscopan etc. injection. After about 2 hrs pain reduced and head round feeling also almost gone. After it Dr did ultrasound,X-ray, Blood Test. Every report was normal, Hemoglobin, Sugar etc was normal. Dr. said this is due to gastric and acidity and give Pantop40 and Diegene syrup.

But no relief. From today morning again head is feeling rounding, BP goes high again and again. Appetite has almost gone, As she eat or even drink then too much stomach pain starts and whatever she eats it pinch in stomach and head is rounding.
We again report in hospital yesterday, They said it is due to acidity or small wounds in stomach due to medicine reaction. They changed the medicines abd give :
Equirex,
Mucaine-Gel,
Stogeron, Pan-40.
Advised to Stop salt for 3 days.
But no relief from these. Sir i am not getting what is this..? As she eats it pinch in stomach and pain starts, head is rounding too much weakness is in the body.

Since last 4 months Five Phos 6x.
2 months ago leaved Baryta Carb and Tuberculinum 1M as TB knots are on neck.
Oftenly take BC6 and Ocimum Sanctum Tincture when feels cough and cold.

Allopathic Medicines Taken:
One week ago on intestinal infection taken:

Pantocid-IT
Now since two days : Equirex, Mucaine-Gel, Stogeron, Pan-40

Sir, i have given her Ars.Album200..

But tell some immediate remedy, as she doesn't have appetite and doesn't eat anything, if eat/drink something even a little bit the stomach size gets increase like gas/acidity is inside and the food/drink pinch in stomach.

She got too weak due to this since last 10 days...!!

Please tell what should we give, i have nux vomica30, Natrum Phos 6x, Reckweg R5, Lycopodium30, Haslab Digesto in my kit.

Sir i have given ArsAlbum200 for three days.. but the condition was not improved.

After watching all the blood, X-Ray and pancreatitis test reports, Allopathic doctor reported that the pain is due to acidity and the reaction that happened by painkiller. So, he said that it will take some time and suggested to take Pan40 tablets empty stomach for 20 days.

Since last 4 days she is taking Pan-40 allopathic tablets.. But as she get late in taking dose in morning, again acidity creates and sore burp starts. and appetite gets finished... I want any homeopathy medicine to cure from this problem....

She feels pain inside stomach from her right side portion (from liver) to mid and lower stomach (upto intestines).

but pain is more near liver and mid stomach.

She has very less appetite. and even on eating a piece of biscuit/chapati,feels that her stomach is full and pain and little pinch starts immediately inside stomach, and sore burps starts after 1-2 hour..feels smell of acid in burps. Sometimes vomits also.


What should we give her... and please tell about the suitable food items in this situations.

The periods date is very near, probably it should be with in coming 1-2 days.

So Should we start Berberis Vulg?

Also i have Lycopodium30 in my kit.. Will it work instead of Lycopodium200..?
